A truly delightful place to get away from things. A splendid out-of-the-way and tranquil location in easy reach of the coast with charming towns to explore. The inclusive breakfasts were simply delicious, especially the freshly baked bread, homemade jams, and yogurt. The host, Penny, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rustic and quirky style of the accommodation created a wonderful atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the use of the heated pool and steam room, which added an extra touch of luxury to our romantic escape.
You just couldn't fault this place. The only small suggestion would be to have some board games available for post-dinner fun, as there were only cards provided.

Loved the peaceful and rural location, perfect for a relaxing break. the homemade breakfast and dinner were delicious and made with local ingredients. the heated swimming pool was definitely a highlight during my stay, providing some fun and relaxation. the room was well equipped and comfortable.
The quirky style of furnishings, which may not suit everyone's taste. the industrial chic style was unique but could be a turn off for some.

The atmosphere of this accommodation was serene and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared with homemade bread and jams. The location was perfect, not too far from the coast and nearby towns to visit. The use of heated pool with a view and steam room just added more charm to our stay.
The style of interior design was quite quirky and may not be to everyone's preference. , the location was a bit remote and could be difficult to access for those unfamiliar with the region.

We had an incredible time at this peaceful, rural bed and breakfast in East Sussex. the friendly host, Penny, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the accommodation was well-equipped and comfortable, and we especially loved the open fire and the comfiest bed. the use of the heated swimming pool and steam room was a fantastic bonus. the highlight for us, however, was Penny's delicious home-prepared breakfast, which included homemade granola, yogurt. We can't wait to return to this beautiful retreat in the Sussex countryside. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.
